• Montlhy and longer will be charged by the metered kilowatt and will be adjusted each month based on the ..amount of electricity used.
Rates: All rates listed above are for no more than two adults, one RV and one vehicle.
Additional charges
..1. Extra person .....$5 per day, 6 and under free, (14 day limit)
..2. Pets..................$1 per day, per pet, 20# max
..3. Storage.............$5 Per day or $90 per month
..4. Extra vehicle.....$2 per day or $30 per month

Reservations: Three month minimum till Nov. 30th. Starting Dec 1 we will accept reservations for a shorter time. Three months or more may reserve a certain lot. All reservations must give dates of arrival and departure, type and length of RV, and deposit. Dates may be changed 45 days before arrival date.
Deposit: Deposit for daily and weekly total amount. One through five months = first month deposit, balance due on arrival for the total reservation.
Seasonal Reservations: One months rent plus summer storage (if applicable) required by March 15 to reserve lot for upcoming season and balance of 5 months rent due on arrival or no later than November 1 of this year.
Yearly, First Year: 1st and 12th month due on arrival. Total $670 to move in.
Refunds: 45 days before arrival date, 80%. After 45 days no refund. In case of sickness, full refund. We maintain the right to re-rent any vacated lots.
Passport, Happy Camper, and Escapees:
50% off daily winter rate April till December
One day only Jan, Feb, Mar
